Shan Yuanming, graduated from the School of Civil Engineering and Architecture of Hunan University, China, with a major in architecture and civil engineering. He holds a master's degree and is a senior engineer. He is a Member of the Committee of Assessment and Strengthening of Buildings, China Association for Engineering Construction Standardization. He has undertaken several provincial-level research projects and has been awarded two certificates of completion of scientific and technological achievements by the Ministry of Education.

Peng Bo

Graduated from the major of inorganic non-metallic materials of Tongji University in Shanghai, with a doctoral degree. He is a professor of Hunan University, a senior member of the China Association for Engineering Construction Standardization, a member of the National Technical Committee for Building Assessment and Reinforcement Standards, a member of the Professional Committee of Protection & Restoration Materials and Applications technology of the Architectural Society of China, and a member of the Building Maintenance, Reinforcement and Real Estate Standardization Committee of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development.

Peng Bo has undertaken numerous national scientific research projects, including projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China and various provincial departments. He has been awarded two provincial science and technology progress awards and two certificates of scientific and technological achievements by the Ministry of Education. Peng Bo has published over 100 papers in core journals and presented at numerous academic conferences both domestically and internationally. He has contributed to the writing of over 20 national and industry standards and holds multiple patents for inventions and utility model patents.

Shan Ren currently serves as the General Manager of Hunan Goodbond Civil Engineering Technology Development Co., Ltd. He is a member of the Expert Committee of the China Construction Materials Association Pre-mixed Mortar Branch, a member of the Appraisal and Reinforcement Special Committee of Hunan Province, and an "Outstanding Young Entrepreneur" in Changsha High-tech Zone. He has also been selected for the “Top 100 Young Entrepreneurs Cultivation Project of Changsha City”.


R&D Team

Excellent research and development team

Goodbond's research and development team comprises 25% of the total company workforce. Among them, 76.5% of the R&D personnel hold a master's degree or higher, with over 90% graduating from top Chinese and global universities. There are 7 senior engineers and 12 intermediate engineers in the team.
The team adheres to the spirit of "rigorousness, pragmatism, pioneering, and innovative," focusing on market and customer demands. They actively promote new market development, new product research and development, product testing, and technical services.

Goodbond possesses advanced and modern research facilities, including polymer materials laboratories, cement-based materials laboratories, and coating laboratories. The company also has a complete set of advanced testing and engineering equipment, enabling comprehensive material research, process development, and on-site testing capabilities. With superior research conditions, Goodbond has established the “Civil Structure Reinforcement Engineering Technology Research Center of Changsha”.
